Process for Ordering and Purchase

The advertising of product on this website indicates an “invitation to purchase” which cannot be guaranteed as a contractual offer. Therefore, by completing and submitting an electronic order form after you have clicked on the ‘Buy now’ button for the product you wish to purchase, you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will then lead to a contract.

Steps to purchase:

1. You must click on the ‘Buy now’ button for the book and/or product you wish to purchase.
2. After the click, you will be transferred to a payment service provider (paystack) on this website to process your payment
3. On the payment page you will select your preferred method of payment.
4. You must confirm your full name and delivery location (please indicate your location within or outside Nigeria) and fill out the other required information on the payment page.
5. Once payment is confirmed, our payment service provider will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the order based on the payment made.
6. Once we confirm receipt of your order and payment we would revert with a final confirmation with a timeline when the product will be delivered to you.
7. You will receive an email to acknowledge your order has been processed and this mail will further confirm which products you have ordered.

After you have placed your order, please note that we are not bound to accept your order, and for example, we will not accept your order if:

1. You have rescinded or canceled your order
2. Your payment is not authorized
3. There is an error during the payment process.
4. We do not receive notification of payment from you.

Also, please note that we reserve the right to refuse any order.

Pricing of books and/or products and payment

Prices throughout the website are quoted in Nigerian Naira (N) and the U.S. dollars equivalent.

Payment can only be accepted in U. S. Dollars for international payments and Nigerian Naira for payments within Nigeria.

Please note that delivery costs depending on the delivery location, if any, will be added to the total price of your purchase.

Please check individual book and product sales pages for information about delivery and shipping charges where applicable based on location.

While we would ensure that the products and books shown on our website are available and in stock, if products you have ordered are unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible.

In the event of a discount, where a specific offer mentions that an item is reduced in price, the discount will be calculated at checkout and final price made available for payment.

Deliveries and information

It would be our responsibility to arrange for the products you purchase to be delivered to the delivery address you specify during the checkout process only if these listed conditions are met:

• Ensure that complete payment of delivery is made in addition to the cost of books and/or products ordered.
• That your address is correct and complete.
• Please note that you will not be entitled to a refund if your order is sent out but you do not receive it or receipt is delayed because the delivery address you gave us at the point of payment was wrong or incomplete.

We will also ensure that we obtain proof of posting on dispatch.

Finally, in the event of any change to these Terms & Conditions for buying books and/or products online from time to time which we are guaranteed to do as backed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, we will send a notification to you by posting the new Terms & Conditions for buying books and products online on the website.
