Grieving Your Losses

Happy day Beloved! How are you keeping?  Keep hope alive! We are MORE than conquerors in Christ Jesus. Keep moving forward.

The last three months have been the toughest time the World has had to face, from the health crisis created by the COVID 19 pandemic to the deep seated social-economic issues we have had to face as different countries. We have suffered several losses; both personal and as countries and most are not sure if there will ever be any return to any kind of normalcy.

As children of God we need to know that God is with us in the midst of the storm and has promised that He will help us.

He never fails and is the perfect choice for our way out of loss.

And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.

The Passion Translation puts it in this way:

So we are convinced that every detail of our lives is continually woven together to fit into God’s perfect plan of bringing good into our lives, for we are his lovers who have been called to fulfill his designed purpose.

God is not caught unawares of what is going on right now in our lives and in the world, one thing is sure and that’s what our text says; all things are working together for good.

God is good and His mercies endures forever. His plans for us are of good and to bring us to an expected and much desired end. An end worthy of all His praise.

Our losses become our ultimate gain in God’s plan. He takes the pain and gives us power, takes away the ashes and gives us beauty, takes the shame and gives us honor. All things work for your good.

The future may look bleak based on many predictions however God’s word says It is working for good. No matter how things look now, keep on believing that good must come out of this for you.

Be in a state of gratitude. He’s got it all worked out for GOOD!

Romans 8:28 is my favorite verse. Anytime I am facing a really tough situation, I square up and go through it, saying to myself – It’s all working out for my good. Learn to have this verse as your mantra.
