His Transformation Agenda- Break, Melt, Mould and Fill – Part I

Alleluia, Our God reigns! He will be our God, even unto our end!!! Isn’t that just beautiful? God is eager to do great things in our lives. Let us submit to His transformation agenda.

But now, O Lord, You are our Father; we are the clay, and You our potter; And all we, are the work of Your hand.

Daily, God wants to transform us into His image and likeness. His desire is that we become like Jesus everyday. His transformation through the Holy Spirit comes in about 4 ways: Breaking, Melting, Moulding and Filling and is a continuous cycle in our lives as we submit ourselves to God.

In Jeremiah 18:6;

God is speaking to the Prophet about Israel, He sends him down to the potter’s house and as Jeremiah watches the potter at work, God speaks to him;

Vs. 6- O house of Israel, can I not do with you as this potter?” says the Lord. “Look as the clay is in the potter’s hand, so are you in my hand…

So let’s look at a process the potter goes through – he wants to remake a clay pot into something beautiful, perfect and a replica of an image he carries in his mind. He breaks the pot into pieces so he can melt the clay and use it to mould a new pot.

Think about it- when we are going through fiery trials, the strain of the situation breaks us, it does seem very painful but think- God wants to transform you into His image and likeness. Becoming more like Him daily.

Over the next couple of weeks, we will take each stage and discuss! I am excited at becoming transformed daily to the Glory of our God!!
